The main functions of CNC milling machine

1. Point control function: The point control of the digital control milling machine is mainly used for hole processing of workpieces, such as center drilling positioning, drilling, reaming, countersinking, reaming, boring and other hole processing operations.

2. Continuous control function: milling and processing the plane and curved surface of the workpiece through the linear interpolation, circular interpolation or complex curve interpolation movement of the CNC milling machine.

3. Tool path radius compensation function: If you program directly according to the contour line of the workpiece, the actual contour line will be larger than the tool radius value when processing the inner contour of the workpiece; when the outer contour of the workpiece is processed, the actual contour line will be smaller than the tool radius value.
